Accommodation in Exmouth, Devon

Our accommodation comprises of  two very comfortable and well appointed rooms ( one  twin and one double ), both are en-suite with a shower and with TV's and with free WIFI  in each room. Our twin room is spacious with it's own sofa, fridge and our double room comes with access to it's own private lounge on the same floor., also with TV and fridge.

Rates include our highly regarded delicious breakfast served in our dining room which will ensure a perfect start to your day.

Towels are included along  a hairdryer, fan, hot water bottle, complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities and bottled water.

The Swallows is open for the majority of the year. Two night minimum stays  are required  from Arpril to June and  again in September  with three nights minimum in July and August.
